Andy Crossley
Managing Director
Andy qualified as a Chartered Accountant at a top 20 firm in 1996, rising to senior manager, before joining Baldwin Cox in 2004 and became Managing Director in 2006.
He specializes in all corporate matters and offering sound advice whether accounting, tax, company structures, sales and purchases of businesses, business advice or bookkeeping queries. This is offered to all company sizes from one person start-up businesses to multi-million turnover companies.
Douglas Quinnell
Tax Manager
Douglas has extensive experience advising clients whether they are owner-managed or family owned businesses, sole traders or high net worth individuals on all manor of tax and business matters.
He also advises on personal and estate planning needs and on the use of trusts and their tax and compliance obligations. He looks to understand the client an implementing strategies of paying less tax.
Satnam Badwal
Tax Manager
Satnam qualified as a Certified Accountant with a top 10 firm and built a wealth of experience in accountancy and taxation over many years working with a diverse range of clients.
Currently Satnam dedicates his expertise to helping the self-employed, partnerships, landlords, individuals and limited companies navigate the complexities of personal tax and corporate tax compliance.
Faiza Amjid
Accounts Manager
Faiza joined Baldwin Cox having already qualified as a Certified Accountant.
She runs the accounts and bookkeeping department offering professional advice to sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, whether it be bookkeeping, vat, accounts or tax. The aim is to mitigate any potential problems ensuring a professional service is delivered in w timely and efficient manner.
Lisa Mitchell
Payroll Manager
Lisa has been at Baldwin Cox for 10 years, and now runs the payroll department having achieved the CIPP qualification. Looking after over 100 payroll clients, involving weekly, monthly and annual processing. Lisa also deals with maternity pay, sickness pay and all pension matters involved in the successful managing of client payrolls, as well as answering all payroll queries from clients. She also deals with CIS matters and payroll enquiries.
